Refund Policy
At James Noble Services, we strive to provide high-quality coaching that supports your growth and transformation. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the terms that apply to all coaching services, packages, and consultation fees.
1. General Refund Principles
1.1 Commitment to Professional Services
By purchasing coaching sessions, packages, or consultations, you acknowledge your commitment to participate fully in the coaching process and understand that results are not guaranteed.
1.2 Refunds are offered
Refunds are offered only as described in this Refund Policy and at the sole discretion of James Noble Services.
2. Consultation Fee Refunds
2.1 Paid Consultation Fee ($197)
- If you are not satisfied with your first paid consultation, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the session.
- Refund requests must be made in writing (email).
- After 24 hours from the consultation, no refunds will be issued for the consultation fee.
3. Coaching Session & Package Refunds
3.1 Individual Sessions
- Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, except in genuine emergencies at our sole discretion.
3.2 Pre-Paid Packages / Programs
- After the second session, coaching packages (e.g., multi-week programs) are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions remaining in a package may be considered for a prorated refund, less a $50 administrative fee, at our sole discretion and only if requested in writing.
4. Special Refund Circumstances
4.1 Service Inability
If James Noble Services determines it is unable to provide the coaching services you need, a refund for unused sessions may be issued at our sole discretion (prorated).
4.2 Change of Terms / Services
If program structure or terms change after purchase, clients may be given a refund option for unused portions of the service.
5. Exceptions & Discretion
- Refunds are issued only when clearly outlined in this policy or agreed in writing by James Noble Services.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of James Noble Services.
- Refunds may be subject to transaction fees or processing costs that cannot be reimbursed.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your name
- Purchased service/package details
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of purchase and sessions attended
Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 30 days of receipt.
7. No Refund for Completed Services
No refunds will be issued for services fully provided, including completed coaching sessions or full program participation.
8. Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
